The Recreational Sports Department offers many exciting fitness opportunities for individuals and groups. Whether you are just starting out or you are a conditioned athlete, we have something for you!
At the Rec Center we have a designated areas for strength training, cardio, exercise classes and ab workouts, as well as a indoor track.
Strength Training
Equipment includes Life Fitness strength training equipment as well as Hammer Strength with motion technology.

Out track is an indoor three lane 1/10 of a mile running track.
