In keeping with our goal of helping to foster student development, we reach out to students both with a regularly scheduled series of workshops as well as with requested presentations.
• – 8 week workshop on turning failure into success. Based on John Maxwell's "Failing Forward." The book is not required but it is helpful for discussion.

• -This is a weekly drop-in group that will combine
gentle Hatha yoga,mindfulness meditation,and verbal instruction aimed
at achieving greater life/emotional balance. It is open to anyone staff or students who have REC Center access

Student Counseling staff looks forward to preparing a presentation to meet your needs. Concerned groups of students wishing to become more knowledgeable on a topic, campus organizations searching for an appropriate event, resident assistants looking for a community program or faculty members or department heads desirous of giving students a fresh look at a relevant issues or prevention type opportunities are all encouraged to request a presentation.
