The Department of Health, Physical Education and Recreation at the University of North Georgia offers the following programs:

• Associate Degrees (A.S.)  in

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree programs in 
  • Athletic Training and 
  • Physical Education. The major in Physical Education offers the following emphasis areas: 
    • Teacher Certification (P-12), 
    • Exercise Science, 
    • Physical Education with the Leadership Minor, and 
    • Sport, Exercise and Recreation. 
• Graduate Degrees in
• Master of Science (M.S.) degree in physical education 
• Masters of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in HPE

  • Post-Baccalaureate program in HPE

 

Admissions

Physical Education (Exercise Science) - Applications for Fall 2013 admittance will only be accepted once per year (January 22 - February 1, 2013).  If interested, more detailed information can be found under Degrees Offered - Exercise Science.
