| Dr. Kristi Hislope is a native of Somerset, Kentucky. She received her
B.S. degree in Spanish and Industrial Technology from Morehead State
University, her M.A. in Spanish and Latin American Literature from the
University of Kentucky, and her doctorate in Spanish Linguistics from
Purdue University. Her area of specialization is second language
acquisition. In addition to teaching Spanish, she has also taught
