 Historic Vickery House

 
The Historic Vickery House is the headquarters of the Georgia Appalachian Studies Center. In 2007, the Dahlonega Club donated the house and property to the university along with a charge to educate the community about the culture of the mountain region. 


The Vickery House stands in tribute to its owners, tenants and guests who played significant roles in our past – in the Gold Rush era, in the development of the North Georgia College as an educational institution and in the state of Georgia.
