2. What determines a team?

One Director of Instruction (DOI), one Cadre Leader, 10-12 cadets

Directors of Instruction (DOIs) are expected to travel to and from the program with cadets and/or cadre members. University of North Georgia cannot be responsible for employees traveling outside of the program. Flights to/from the foreign country are purchased and arranged in the Defense Travel System by US Army Cadet Command and are based upon the program start and end dates. Requests to extend in-country dates for personal travel will not be granted. DOIs are responsible for arranging their own transportation for training, after action reviews, and other Georgia-based required events, but will be reimbursed based on the nature of the costs.
