Wireless Access

Description:

NGCSU-WIFI is the wireless local area network(WLAN), allowing mobile users access to the Internet. Wireless connectivity is available in most buildings including classrooms, administrative buildings and common areas. To connect to the NGCSU-WIFI, browse for wireless networks from your device, select connect and your device should attach to the WLAN. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Service Desk at 706-864-1922.

Features:

NGCSU-WIFI allows 802.11a/b/g connections. A wireless upgrade project is planned for Summer 2011.

Availability:

NGCSU-WIFI is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Scheduled and nonscheduled outages may impact availability or performance.
