What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes all meals, lodging, t-shirt, and conference materials.
What is the targeted audience?
The conference is designed for emerging leaders (2nd semester freshmen - senior) from the University System of Georgia schools.
Participants will be housed in the North Georgia Suites during the conference. There will be 4 participants per suite. (2 per room).
Can I request my roommate?
Most likely you will not room with someone from your school.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and some snacks will be provided. For additional dietary needs, please include information in your registration form.
Will I need spending money?
If you plan to visit our bookstore or Dahlonega before or after the conference, feel free to bring some extra spending money. However, all your necessitates during the conference are already taken care of.
What are the registration deadlines?
Registration/Payment Deadline : April 30, 2013
In the event you need to substitute a participant, the deadline to do so is on May 10, 2013.
Can I cancel my registration?
If you cancel your registration by May 10, 2013, you will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $100 cancellation fee. After May 10, 2013, no refund will be processed. In order to cancel please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or by phone to Jemima Fortune at 706-864-1643.
