Staff Council Luncheon
(Jan. 30, 2012)   -   Several staff members learned more about the Tuition Assistance Program and the Staff Council scholarship at a brown bag lunch held last week at the Vickery House. Part of the group's "12 Months of Giving" campaign, every month's luncheon covers a different topic and solicits donations for area charities. Donations are requested, but not required to participate in the lunch sessions. The next luncheon, set for 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21 in the dining hall banquet room, will be a question and answer session with North Georgia President Bonita Jacobs. Desserts and drinks will be provided courtesy of Dr. Jacobs, those who wish to come can bring their brown bag lunch or get carry out from the dining hall using the new, reusable to-go boxes.
