Orchestra 

The University of North Georgia Orchestra exists for the multi-faceted purpose of:

• Fostering an environment for talented student musicians to grow intellectually and personally through rigorous preparation and performance of orchestral literature
  
• Heightening the university’s academic excellence by presenting concerts that exhibit the highest standards of musical performance
• Providing opportunities for all students to experience cultural enrichment and growth through attendance at orchestra performances
• Serving the community, state, nation, and world by serving as musical ambassadors through the presentation of on- and off-campus concerts
