Dr. Jonathan Miner came to North Georgia in 2007. A former Chicago attorney, Dr. Miner teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in International Relations and Comparative Politics, focusing on U.S. foreign policy, Middle Eastern politics and International Law.
He has published a number of peer-reviewed articles in international relations and is pursuing a research agenda on innovative classroom instruction. Dr. Miner has won many awards for teaching and advisement, and enjoys university life most when interacting with others.
When not on campus, Dr. Miner can be found either on the tennis courts or overseas learning about politics, culture, history, and eating his way across the globe.
