Pine Valley Recreation Area

Description

Pine Valley is an outdoor recreation complex owned by UNG bordered by the Etowah River. The area also offers a recreation field, pavilion, and sand volleyball court.  Student groups may use this area as well as the pavilion free of charge by contacting the Student Center office and making reservations.  Outside groups may also rent the pavilion.

The Dean Hyams Leadership Center & Ropes Course as well as the Leadership Reaction Course are also located at Pine Valley.  These venues offer an environment for valuable team building and can give groups an opportunity to work on skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and fun!
